Technical Hard Skill Requirements
Must Have:
Configuring and extending SAP CX platform solutions, specifically SAP Service Cloud (C4C), SAP Customer Data Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, and Annex Cloud Loyalty Experience.
Must have:
Modern JavaScript development and JSON, ideally with knowledge of common JS Frameworks such as React / Vue.js / Angular.
Nice to have:
Low-code development platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Enactor Toolkit, SAP Fiori would be beneficial.
Soft Skill Requirements:
- Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines.
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Resilience & Composure under tight timelines and deliverables.
- Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
What you'll be working on:
*Note:
We are looking to hire ASAP and initial contract length is 3 months.
- Provide technical, hands-on development experience to deliver a range of projects and improvement initiatives using the latest technologies, practices and processes.
- Design, development, configuration, and maintenance of a range of home grown, and extended third-party SaaS based platforms.
- Design, develop, code and test scalable and flexible solutions that are identified, reviewed, and prioritised by the Product Owner.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Delivery and Services teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.
- Deliver solutions on time and within budget, to agreed quality criteria, and according to defined principles and guidelines.
- Writing highly performant, resilient and secure code that will be continuously tested, deployed and will perform at scale.
- Participating in code reviews and actively review code written by other engineers.
